Coaching Baseball Picks and Rundowns

Went by a college baseball practice the other day and observed 3 guys participating in a drill and 15 standing around waiting for their turn. When coaching baseball, time is valuable, and standing around is boring. Try to do more than one thing at a time to get more done and keep interest high. Here’s an example with pick offs and rundowns.
