Baseball Practice Team coordination Drills

“The team coordination phase of the practice is where everything is put together. Here also it is imperative that you start slowly and cover each situation by putting players exactly in their place for each situation. It is not enough to just tell them. They need to know were to go and why. The why is critical. For example, with a runner on first the outfielders need to know that their priority is to keep the runner on first from scoring on a double, For that reason they will play a little deeper to prevent the double.”Excerpt From: ibook, Practice Baseball to Win
