Throwing Drills from Grip to release

The drills in this section of the iBook, Practice Baseball to Win, are designed  to improve throwing technique during warm up. They work in a progression from a grip check through the use of the whole body to throw the ball. With younger players the grip should be checked often. As the players improve it's helpful to pick and chose which drills are appropriate for the days practice.

Start practice often with a grip check before reviewing two or three of the remaining drills as warm up proceeds.
